Simple and quick to make taking approx. 2-3 hours to make

I recommend using PVA glue to assemble the building and rubber bands or tape to hold it together while it sets.

Buildings are cut from a 2mm MDF(wood) they are strong and cut accurately.

There are a few sections on sprues in this model, you will need a sharp scalpel to cut them off.

i have placed the least amount of parts onto sprues as i can, and they have been designed where possible so the part that attaches to the sprues is hidden on the completed model
